    This may have been missed as it was posted in the General Railway chat thread, however VT have released an impressive prospectus seeking to sell shares in their proposals going forward.

    Document planning is based upon certain assumptions which provide an idea of how they see things panning out with a fair wind...
    • Licence to operate awarded by the Office of Rail and Road Regulation by April 2018;
    • First steam passenger trains to be the Shakespeare Express in July 2018;
    • Carriage renovation plan commencing immediately and finishing by February 2020;
    • 33 passenger charter trains run in 2018, 58 in 2019 and 82 trains in 2020;
    • Additional work carried out in non-passenger activities.
    Its well worth a read and the opportunity to take mainline steam out of the hands of the whim of a few private companies seems a great opportunity to secure things going forward!
