    While the Tournon line remains in limbo, the other preserved bit of the Vivarais system is making progress. According to their website, the Corpet-Louvet 0-8-0T No.22 underwent trials on 1st July. Video clip at: www.asso-vfv.net/assoc.htm.

    Thanks for the information Tim. I have to drive over to Lyon next week so I might just keep going a bit and go and have a look.

    Hi Adrian.

    It would be interesting to have a first hand account of the situation on the main CFV if you get the time. My impression from their website is that the volunteers are keeping the project in being, but there is no news of a properly funded rescue yet.
