    If you visited Vordernberg in the early 1970's, you undoubtedly sampled the Gößer Bier in the Gasthof Grüber, which subsequently became the Gasthof zum Radmeister, but which has been closed for several years.

    On a recent nostalgic visit, I sought-out Herr Pfaller, the one-time owner, and have obtained the famous (or infamous) hotel Guest Book on long-loan. I still can't stop laughing at some of the, particularly RCTS, quotations.

    That was a wonderful line, foto the ore trains and ride the passenger steam, I used to camp above the trackside to eke out the money, snow not unusual.
