    Officers from British Transport Police (BTP) are appealing for witnesses and potential victims to come forward after abusive and dangerous behaviour on a Kingston bound train on Monday, 8 April.

    Two 13-year-old boys have been arrested in connection with the incident and have been released on police bail pending further enquiries until Tuesday, 21 May.
