    Not quite

The clue is just above the number plate....

I wonder if it needs a 'taxi' sign above the windscreen. I take it you have seen the shots on www.wsr.org .uk?

I have now. I have never heard of the flying 9 before now, but at least I knew it was a Standard! Shows my age, I guess - my uncle had a Standard 8 when I was a kid.

Our wonderful Railway always has something extra to offer. I started as a volunteer at Washford in 1979 scraping and painting 53808's frames, so I love to see her out and about, especially given the sparkling paint finish. And to have 53809 here as well...

So it occurred to me that some shots with they 7F's and the car might be fun.

Add in lunch at the Driftwood at Blue Anchor, an ice cream at Minehead and a few cups of coffee with our lovely volunteers at the stations along the way, and it made for yet another memorable day!

My Police traffic head advises, get to know the brakes first. They are not as we now know them. Beautiful machine and that wonderful smell of leather when you get in, but the difference between wide tread radials, hydraulics, disc brakes and crossplies, drums and pre - stretched cables is very wide! ;)

    Enjoy.

We are now thoroughly off topic....but

    I do have alternatives.

It can be a vicious and hilarious game.

I should have a playable surface for 2017. Thereafter, any significant disputes within the heritage railway movement can be settled by a winner-takes-all game of croquet at Stogumber, umpired by myself!:)

I saw the shots from the drone on wsr.org at Williton & have a question , has the up starter been repositioned yet? I assume not . so how much in advance will it be to take advantage of the lengthened loop ? So you can get the first coach up to the ramp , which would seem the obvious place.

That signal will remain where it is (which allows a short up train to run in with the gates open to road. There will be an additional up starter the Taunton side of the crossing to be used when the whole platform is required.

Me too, Easter Day in West Wales, Chrome on Debian. Minehead webcam working fine, even if it does max out my processors.

XP SP3 & FF 45.0.1 here, no problems at all connecting to the CH cam from That London, although the feed is a bit 'lumpy'. MH Cam is very good, but the clock seems to be about 2-1/2 minutes fast.
