    Event happening all weekend. Traction engines, steam cars, steam lorries and fire engines, motorbikes, tractors, military vehicles, Stationary engines, commercial vehicles, cars etc etc craft tent and other stalls plus the beer tent with at least 12 different real ales

    Locomotive 5542 and Auto 169
    We will be pleased to see everyone at our Tea/Coffee/Cake Bar' at the WSRA's Steam Fayre held at Norton Fitzwarren near Taunton over the coming weekend 4/5 August. Not only can you sample the refreshments available, but can also catch up on all the latest 5542/169 news and progress, then refresh your railway bookcase as well. A real 'One Stop' venue for all your railway needs'.
    If you require some space on your bookshelves we will be pleased to receive your surplus transport related items for resale.

    WSR "It is with regret we announce today's [5 Aug] Steam Fayre & Vintage Vehicle Rally is cancelled due to heavy rains overnight & waterlogged rally site."

    One look at Will it Rain Today? | Rain radar for the UK | Going to rain? | MeteoGroup and the Met Office severe weather warning for today suggests there was only one decision to make.

    Feel sorry for the many, many volunteers who have worked so hard to make this, the 25th, Rally a success.

    Photos of the WSRA Rally before the deluge now on WSRA Rally 2012 There's pages for cars, lorries, steam and more. Was a great show, such a shame it was cut short.
