    Yes, not drinking water. Certainly wouldn't like to try with the various water treatment chemicals they are likely to use.

    I cant imagine that the stuff is that toxic, assuming that it doesnt taste awful

    I'm in water treatment as one of my many chemical hats I wear. Depending upon the initial water quality, it will dictate what water treatment is required. Agreed, in dilute form the chemicals may not offer too much of a problem, however, in the neat form some of them certainly do. The other consideration could be bacteria, there may well be a good colony established in the tank.

    Pity they use diesel up to Jonsdorf normally, steam up through the woods was always good, Zittau borders Poland - useful for a cheap fill up if in car.

    That's a shame.

    Edit : Seems steam does still run to Jonsdorf according to the timetable I've just viewed. Not every train though. In the high season diesel seems to be on alternate trains at weekends.
