    With the visit of Knotty Coach 61 to the CVR this coming June, the opportunity has been taken to organise a private photo charter with the vehicle being hauled by former Gorton Works shunter no 1827 along the CVR.

    This will be an afternoon charter recreating Miner's Works Trains from the end of the 19th Century, returning workers home after a hard day's graft down the pits.

    Cost is £25 per person, and anyone interested in joining this charter on MONDAY 23rd JUNE needs to e-mail Richard Newton from 3P20 Charters on;
    < rnewton @ rnassoc.co.uk >

    Places are on a first come, first served basis and numbers are restricted so book your place now!
    The start/finish location for the charter will be Cheddleton.

    All monies raised from this event will be added to the "Project 28 Appeal'.
