      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I love this photo.  The 230 metre viaduct over River Gor was declared unsafe in 1907 and so passengers had to cross on foot.  It actually started to sink before it was even finished, so the railway company had to deconstruct part of it and rebuild the stonework base (unfortunately, this didn&#039;t work either).  There obviously wasn&#039;t the same concern for the driver and fireman!
