Ferrybridge judging by the track atlas, love the flowers bottom left corner, colourful touch of a nature to an industrial scene.

Thanks Henry and Ralph, ideally I would have liked a bit of interest in the sky........................................say a jumbo jet crashing into one of the cooling towers or maybe the Red Arrows doing a flypast!

 

Or an ex submariner hang gliding lol

Ha haaaaa.... as is my favourite photo from the man (and others it would seem) of 5043 a while back. Surely a jig saw puzzle must come soon !!!!!

 

From the visual evidence I IMHO would guess that it was a failure of the spade end. This is a fairly substantial lump of metal one would not expect to fail.
