The BR Maroon will do just nicely thank you. :D 46441 being announced has brought back a lot of memories, as far as I can recall it was my first ever steam loco for haulage. Sometime in the mid 90s, just before it went into BR Black.

Enjoyed the gala on the Sunday. Great to see the fleet in action. Rode behind the Heywood Katie back from Dalegarth which was entertaining. Something a little different and managed to bag the front seat too! Very much enjoyed seeing the engines...
