Had a day linesiding Friday, very dark and dull before rain finally stopped play around 1pm. Went riding Saturday because the original forecast was bad, in the event it turn out good with only one brief shower. Some very average shots from Friday...

A reunion on the East Lancashire Railway of regular 'gricers' from British Rail's last steam hauled named train 'The Belfast Boat Express' which was 'Black 5' hauled until May 1968. Shame the ELR hadn't a 'Black 5' for us but such is life....
