    If you are referring to the National Water Grid of the 1970's it never got off the ground. Apart from the costs, the idea of differing water qualities being switched around the country would have caused havoc for some users such as my old company...

    We also had grade 1 tapolene, which we used to confuse issues with some of the more gullible customers :D . If the pricing was difficult for them an adjustment with this material often helped.;)
