Tom, I was looking at the track route today, and forgive me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you will have to go straight through someone's house, next to the B2028? Am I seeing that wrongly?

The intention is that it will be first used in 2028. I suspect that the track will be complete before then. However, there's fencing, wiring, tree planting, crew training, route proving and a whole host of imponderables to be dealt with before...
