It's because the website doesn't have an SSL certificate, and Google is on a crusade to make all websites have one. But from what I can see you don't collect any personal data on your website, so you don't technically need one. There are no forms...

Do NOT worry about comments regarding the website not being secure. It has been saying this since time immemorial, and there has never been a problem reported.

Just click "Continue to site" (bottom left of window) and it loads fine. No risk, as you're not entering any personal details, you're just reading the content. Just don't fill out any forms or anything on the site, just read it and you'll be fine.
