I think we need to be positive, this time last year West Coast hadn't fitted any CDL and were instead up for a fight in court. They appear to have completed fitment to at least 12 vehicles since.

Doesn't appear to have been fitted with any of the electronics necessary at present, that doesn’t mean it can't have them fitted in the future though.
