    Wasn't Llynclys station at one time owned by Ken Ryder, former owner of 7821? I believe he was involved in the Cambrian railway at that time. As for extending, I tend to agree with mdewell in that extending for the sake of it probably won't...

    I think getting to Llanymynych and access to the lime kilns and canal has to be the aim if heading West. Whilst the Tanat Valley is a bit more attractive, there isn’t much to journey to.
