34046 Braunton heading south through Hartford station at 9pm with the return leg of The White Rose on 17th April 2024. Station lighting not quite bright enough, so had to shoot at 1/200 f2.8 and 3200 ISO to get anything at all. [ATTACH] Cheers,

Totally agree with you on the (not so) smart motorways, however the roll out was a political decision where politician's eyes lit up at the opportunity to undertake a massive expansion of motorways at a fraction of the cost of building new roads....

Here's my video of Day 2, as the train passes through Stafford running over 20 min early. The red signal at the platform end cleared as the train approached, so we were treated to wonderful sound effects from the Fives as they opened up. [MEDIA]
