    880.051 is at Pistoia and has just had an overhaul so should be back in traffic in the autumn. The others should be in the shed - open days are very rare.

    Please forgive the 'thread drift' but does anyone know what happened to the three preserved steam locos (880.046, 880.051 and 740.074) that were in the former loco shed in Tirano (La Storica Rimessa Di Tirano)? I had a look in there in July 2024...
