    Thanks for the info. Have just tried the loco on DC but nothing. Not took it apart yet, but I have a feeling it will be one of the split chassis...

    I have a Bachman J39 with fitted decoder in the tender (shop done). Is it easy to revert back from this form to analogue running? Any diagrams...
