    If it hangs by a thread as much as you're implying I'd be very nervous about making it a core part of the balance sheet... What exactly would that look like, and is the railway taking steps to do it? Or has it been decided not to based on...

    IMHO the Hunslet range of 12-18” saddle tanks all are. They have very clean lines with an absolute minimum of pipework in view and, being inside cylinders, no ‘wiggly bits’ in view.
