    Just got back from the dean forest wartime gala a very enjoyable day the treble headed austerities were awesome Rennes looks very smart in its longmoor livery

    Great day at the DFR. I think it must be the first time I've gone there in a long time and never seen any of the loco running in service before! I was a little sceptical of this event after the success of the gala last year with the mainline guest engines but the three Austeries put on a good show! Videos below -

    The only disappointment of the day was the failure of no. 75008 Swiftsure, meaning that the triple headed working was only a double-header.
