Just while we're on this, how does a bald central wheel cause problems? Surely it could go over anything if there's no flange?

Ah, i see now. Still, it gives us heritage line enthusiasts some big toys to play with

 

Well there is only one thing for it. Lets build a brand new Riddles class 8 mikado.......................... smaller drivers than the P2!!

 

Personally i think its a stonking idea, a new build that really would be a 'new' build... but thats just me.

Other projects have to either succeed, -or not, before im going to show my hand for anymore... the Lotto will decide

there is some latest news on the L1 facebook page and while looking through facebook i saw that the J39 locomotive group 's is updated aswell , i really do wish every new-build the best of luck and hope they get their new-build built

dunno what happened to todays post on here i got the email thru and went to look at post and it wasnt on here

 

the only reason no one has seen much from the L1 locomotive group is because we haven't offically launched the group yet and we are working well behind the scenes trying to get everything sorted before we launch

yes that is one of the most important things and we have all the frame drawings for the frames
