    Doors help keep the draught out. No point in providing them on a 28XX because with that cab and tender they would be a waste of effort .

    No I do not currently volunteer
    The Monel stays in 6106 are not original. The original stays were steel. How do I know? Because I made and fitted every one of them, after removing the originals.
