The London Gazette entry was posted earlier and was what prompted us to get in touch. I can only repeat that we were told that there is some form of financial restructuring going on and that RRNE is continuing to trade.

If you check the records. Multi-tal is formerly known as RRNE, it changed its name. It is not a company as part of a group it is the company. One of the directors has a haulage business, which is not attached, not part of Multi-tal. The facts are public records. Check it at out. There is plenty of info now on the internet. My facts are based on public records. If they are continuing to trade, they are doing so illegally as you rightly say. I'm sure the creditors will be interested to hear they are still undertaking work and trading. It may help some of them get thier money owed!

    1)The creditors meeting is tomorrow.
2)The insolvency practitioners will have replaced the directors in their duties. It may be that they have used their professional judgement that the way to protect the creditors interests in the short term is to continue trading in order to find a buyer of the assets or as a going concern .Especially if there are some profitable contracts close to completion.

that's what I thought but didn't venture the opinion as I didn't know if that could be the case.

Good news its on the move. Bad news the work was not complete. I heard they had to get a crane in to lift it on and the boiler was lifted into the frames after. I was led to believe from other threads that the scope of work included the complete restoration. I hope they are not majorly short of funds to complete the restoration as a result.

I find it disgusting though they are taking new work yet not completing existing commissions.
