    Anyone know why the now out of service 3-Cig "Freshwater" was at Poole today behind a GBRF Class 66? Going the wrong way if heading away from Bournemouth?

    I did hear she was off to the Mid Norfolk Railway behind GBRF 66705 today.

    But why would they need to go via. Poole? Proberley a simple answer...

    It went to Poole to allow the 66 to run-round the 3-cig in the sidings.
