    Hello,
I have an Agenoria kit in 4 mm of GWR 813.
It is beyond my skills to build it.
    Can any one help?

Would love to be able to say I could help but my etched kit building skills are basic ... and I have several that I haven't had the courage to start for myself yet!
Suggest that there are several people advertising in the classifieds of 'Railway Modeller' magazine who may be able to help?

No I do not currently volunteer
I build quite a lot in 7mm - It looks like a relatively straightforward build though as its got no outside valve gear - Why not have a go and see how you get on ? There is a fantastic video on 4mm kit building on youtube by Tony Wright :

I would urge you to see if you can have a go :) - plenty of support on RM web! just don't work to fast, keep everything as clean as possible and prepare a bunch of stuff for soldering before you commence a building session - that way you can get stuck in without wasting time preparing parts etc..

    Here if you need anything...
