    Great to see the progress being made - one thing I appreciated is when I sent off my cheque for my Bickmarsh Hall mug plus a small donation, I got a handwritten letter of thanks back pretty much by return of post. Maybe not as important as the actual restoration work but makes all the difference when it come to PR and, with any luck, encouraging repeat donations.
