My parents and sister went on Saturday and managed to get a table for 4 on the 12.00 from Wansford without any problems. It seems the 10am services have been very busy but the numbers tail off as the day goes on.

I'm sure the rotten weather had an effect on the number of visitors who hadn't pre booked. It did improve into the afternoon but most people will have already decided on their day's activities by then. Probably pop up again next Sunday if the weather is OK and for once I'm not on BBLS shop duty.

Video on the main NVR Facebook page showing SNG being turned to face East (towards Peterborough) for next weekend.

Some cracking pictures there - I notice SNG's been turned ready for Tuesday's departure.

I was hoping to have got to Wansford on Sunday but instead spent the afternoon with a laptop connected to the car fault-finding after it sat down on the A1 last night :( The trains looked really busy on Railcam.

    Thanks.
The railway has been busy throughout SNG's visit. It's cost a lot to put on but they seem to have been rewarded by good visitor and passenger numbers.
