    Yes the sprint I referred to was down Whiteball but I'm unaware of any brown underpant syndrome amongst those on the footplate. Not that they'd admit to it anyway I suppose. 'Twas a fabulous run. Got the other side of the coin soon after leaving Bristol though. Wrong line working was in place on Filton Bank including a stop at the bottom. No.9 just couldn't get to grips with things and was losing its feet almost continuously and the sanders were ineffective/inoperable so the support crew had to hand sand the thing almost all the way to the top. So in one trip I managed to achieve both highest and lowest speeds.
