    Looking (and sounding) good at Welwyn North this morning. Given the weather forecast last night, I hadn't planned on seeing her two days running, but sunlight was on the menu so it felt rude not to go for a slice.

    Did it use the flyover in the end? Someone at Ashwell said it didn't.

    Saw it at Wymondham. Going beautifully. By the time my phone camera had woken up it was half way past, so I don't have any photos. Those on the other platform my have had their videos ruined/enhanced by a consist of 3 barely newer DRS diesels heading the other way,either a 47 and 2 37s or vice versa

    My attempt of the loco powering up the gradient to Ashwell and Morden, looked fine!

    held at Cambridge at present, signal problems between kings cross and Peterborough we are being told by the stewards / what's on national rail as well. That's three times in two days now!
