    all black fives are the same... so any of them with 70000 will do.

    Back at post #225 it was suggested that there may be another test run this week. Is there any more news at the moment on when another test is planned?

    I have also heard that it is scheduled for next Wednesday, usual times on the Carnforth circuit.

    Saw the brit getting its fire lit at 4pm today, probable steam test in next couple of days, and I'm 'speculating' here. so no jumping to conclusions like I do!

    not surprisingly uksteam.info now has 60019 substituting on 3rd December.

    70013 changed to TBA on 21st Cathedrals, but still showing both Britannia.s the following day.

    I was reliably informed last Saturday morning that this will certainly go ahead this Wednesday 1st December. The driver will apparently be Bill Andrew and will be his last main line steam run before he retires.

    Has anyone got details of timings yet?

    Times are similar (but not identical) to the aborted run on 10 November.

    I have just had a message saying that Britannias fire has been lit ?. I see its now showing Carnforth to Crewe on Uk steam now so that must be why shes in steam i suppose.

    I had a text this morning saying the test run had been cancelled and 70000 was returning back to Crewe. The text came from Noelist.
