I took these at Bath yesterday. Seems the loco had water -related problems prior to Andover and was,at its latest, running 72 minutes late . It reduced that to 38 minutes late arriving at Bath which was a pity as by then the skies were clouding over and the light not so good. The local newspaper had highlighted this event so the platforms were really busy with onlookers and ,as is the case these days, everyone and their dog had camera.

After I'd taken my shots from the platform I went out of the station to get it going over the viaduct as it left. I was unable to give it much space in front as it was about to pass behind a turret. There was one it had just past so it's a very small window of opportunity.
