    Looks like it had a major overhaul in 1963 including wheels out, not sure whether the boiler was removed.

    92220 visited Crewe Works from 5. 2.63. to 2. 3. 63. for a light casual repair. No drama there. It also visited Swindon Works from 26. 2. 64 to 24. 3. 64 for a light casual repair. Its next works visit was to Crewe from 12. 66 for unspecified repairs.

    I thought it was withdrawn in 1965, so the 1966 Crewe visit must be something to do with preservation.
