I have a liking for the Brits and with Ollie going out of service at the end of the year the chance to do a day's charter on the GC was a must. it was the TPO train in the morning and passenger stock in the afternoon. The East Anglian was an important Liverpool St - Norwich service starting in 1937 for which two B17s were streamlined A4 style. 70013 was a Norwich engine so no doubt would have worked it on quite a few occasions. Three charters on the bounce all in full sun, the weather gods will no doubt be taking their revenge soon!
