    Which explains why they got diesel hydraulics when everywhere else had diesel electrics?

    Have just ordered a copy .11$ and 6£ postage .From a library in UK selling superfluous books.
    We are leaving stage fast ,but promised delivery 26 march so I will get it in time most likely.
