    She has a 'typhon' siren, just like QM2 and the old Queens, fair sent a shiver down my spine when she was returning the greetings she got from other ships in the port!

    I know what you mean with regards to the sirens, i will never forget the last time the QM2 and the QE2 were together at sea on the last atlantic crossing by the QE2 back in October 2008, on that last afternoon at sea the two great queens closed up and for around 30 mins they saluted each other - a wonderful moment of history which would never happen again - i can assure you that there was not many dry eyes that afternoon, mine included
