    This weekend two rail tours have been badly affected, one even cancelled, with very late notice because of Nitwork Rail's inability to maintain the railway to the correct standards as in GCRT5212 'Requirements for Defining and Maintaining Clearances and what seems to be very late checking of the required routes.
