Cathedrals express to Severn valley and Worcester

    The 66 wasn't dead and it gave a bit of assistance from just before Old Hill station into the tunnel. Somebodyspoke to the diesel driver who said he started pushing when the speed dropped below 20 mph and shut off when it was back up to 25 mph, so not a lot of assistance (compared to some others tours I've been on)

    Got up early yesterday morning to see 60163 at Dudswell, near Tring.

    Pity the weather was fairly dull.

    She was running about 10 minutes early at this stage.

    A good day out thanks to every body involved,it was a very laxed schedule out bound and inbound and some very good running,as malc said the 66 gave assistance from old hill station to just inside the tunnel

    Great tour,thanks to all involved,very nice to have Super Std at the right end for Old Hill! Seems as tho 60163 is back on top form.
