    No I do not currently volunteer
    The most I waited around for was 25 mins, and during that time I went round the museum and got something to eat. There was also stuff shunting around or other trains arriving/departing, so there was plenty going on during the layovers between trains.

    I agree with your statement that freights are important, at Blaenavon we run freight on our events, we are indeed doing so on our 60's. it is important to show the significance of frieght on the railway, but they do not get bums on seats. One freight train would have been more than adequet on the weekend. To be fair the timetable was not the clearest and at first glance you see an intensive day of trains, I perhaps wrongly assumed that there would be more passenger than freight.

    I look forward to the Foxfield Gala.

    Can't say I had any problems with the timetable, the sets were all listed... Although admittedly "T&T" was quite vague!
