    Some good news for maritime heritage, as it looks like the elder sister (construction method!) to the Cutty Sark will be off to Australia some time soon.

    Shame about it not going back to Sunderland, but at least "Carrick" should now be safe.
    (Scottish Maritime Museum had planned to "deconstruct" the clipper)

    Pity about the other vessls that have been lost, just in the last few months.
