Dalesman 2021 dates are now on the West Coast web site:
    https://westcoastrailways.co.uk/dalesman/settle-to-carlisle-line

One change is the York originating ones look to be running on Thursdays.
The Chester ones go south over Shap on Tuesdays.

All starting from Lancaster. That very much looks like the original Fellsman format being re-introduced. Considering how well they sold, it makes a lot of sense and may be the reason why the York originating Dalesman's have moved to Thursdays.

Times are now on RTT for 18th May. WCRC offering the former Fellsman route (Lancaster to Carlisle and return via the S&C). Plenty booked to run during the summer. Watering Hellifield and Langwathby out and Appleby/Hellifield return - ice cream afternoon only! Oswald will, for now, be watching from socially distanced locations. GPS has “had a successful trial launch” and ticket money is available, but caution for now.

I'm planning to do most of them including the Chester starts, fully vaxxed and regular LFTs.

And the Chester one, 1st June. I'm afraid the return from Carlisle calls at 3 loops on the way back to Carnforth. :(

Ooooooo! Time for the camera to wake up from hibernation. Might have a run up to Lancaster and the S & C on Tuesday :)

I don't think anything else has been out of Carnforth on a test has it?

I don't recall anything which is partly why I'm asking...
    One of 46115/45699/35018 I guess.

I think 35018 is booked for the CME on the 22nd, so maybe it could be out tomorrow?
