    I don't suppose anyone happens to have the colour/ral code/description for the Corris Red Livery?

    A friend is building a model and would like to try and be as close to prototype as possible.

    She looks wonderful. I read somewhere that the build cost was £400,000 - does anyone know if that's correct?

    It's basically Furness Railway red, we had the paint colour matched to No7 but if you reference the Furness it'll be spot on. BTW this colour looks very red on a digital screen compared to real life where you can see the brown.

    Yes that is correct but also remember a lot of parts were created by a few of us in our own workshops. Basically from the chassis upwards and also the pony truck.
