    Right at the end of this short video of 3ft gauge Bagnall "No 1" (1889/1911) at work in Beeston sleeper depot in the early 1960's you can see some running on dual gauge track - 3ft and standard gauge by the look of it. The video clip is also available on the Amerton Railway Facebook page for those who wish to use FB.

    Does this count? Dual (or Triple) Gauge track that may have been at a railway near you?
    This is on Graham Morris's (Peter Pan's) trailer based at Leighton Buzzard. The inside rails are to 2' gauge, outside rails to 2'6" gauge, and one of each gives 2' 3" gauge!
    While normal use is for 2' gauge, both of the other options have been used at least once.
    The other rails seen at the far end of trailer, are for use when the trailer is extended to its full length, and slot in between the end of the rails on the main desk and the swan neck.

    That was one of my favourite trips of the whole gala. Every three years it gets a bit sillier, and it is all the better for it.
