    Just wondering if anyone knows what is happening with this engine seeing as it is of historical interest. I can find anything new on the ESRs website.

    It's sat around in bits waiting for someone to fund a new boiler I believe.

    its got a later boiler built by bagnals i believe , is the plan to have one made to the old stroudly e1 pattern there was talk about there still being a boiler from a scrapped IOW
    E1 kicking around somewhere but no one has ever found it, so i guess its just another island tale
