    Steam Beano says WCRC and NR are meeting this month to discuss the matter, though WCRC wouldn't comment. Hopefully, they can agree new methods of working, or whatever, before 3rd March when WCRC are the TOC for 70013 from Kings Cross to Cleethorpes (I think that's their next ECML operation, according to uksteam.info).
