When Dinting was still extant they had a BR Std 20T brake van. I haven't got an old stockbook for Dinting (if they ever did one, and I had a feeling it went to the GCR. However the VCT website doesn't reveal it in the history of the ones there now.
Does anyone know what number it was please?
    Thanks in advance.

I have a dinting visitor book, but its trapped in the loft due to building work. Hopefully I can unpack it in August if you can wait that long

This one was at Dinting: http://www.ws.vintagecarriagestrust.org/ws/WagonInfo.asp?Ref=7714
Not sure about a BR Standard 20T Brake Van being there though.

I have found the booklet this evening. Unfortunately the back page is missing which contains the write up of the guards vans. Sorry. Perhaps an old railway's restored would contain the information

Just to update this thread, it did go to the GCR but, due to a severe vac leak on the through pipe, it fell into disuse and I purchased it from the GCR around 1995. I then refurbished it and the vac pipe was repaired and it was used. It had a more extensive rebuild in 2000 and a further refurb in 2017. It is currently in use on the GCR Van train.
