In addition to looking good, she also sounds good. A nice throaty roar.

I've ordered a ticket. Quick question, is the printed email the ticket or do I exchange it for a ticket?

Three photos from Sunday. Didn’t seem to have much luck with the camera, but still had a good day. My thanks to all those involved.

Seems like 419 had some more issues yesterday and spent much of the time sat up at Ipstones, happily it made it back down again and was fit enough to do the final round trip up there of the day.

419 ran a warm bearing Saturday evening, which was fixed overnight by the CVR volunteers.

On the Sunday she ran as booked, but at Ipstones there was concerns raised so she was removed and left behind. Upon inspection nothing serious was found, and she was declared fit for traffic but because of the signalling system she was unable to get back until the next Ipstones train arrived (unless we broke all operating practices and allowed two trains in section, one with no token!).

Hi, can you explain the block sections on the Railway and how the Railway operates the line up to Ipstones.

In my head I imagined three sections, Froghall - Consall, Consall to Leebrook and then Leebrook to Ipstones.

Just curious as to how it's all split up.
