I recently started up my Fotopic site last week, after months of considering it. Still in it's early stages yet but should be official up & running soon. :)

All of my collections will be of Steam Galas, with the odd narrow gauge & mainline steam collection too.

230 images of mainly preserved loco's on preserved railways and at open days.

    http://western-champions-pics-online.fo ... 67998.html

I will start the tedious task of doing the individual image descriptions with loco numbers and locations (where possible) asap, in the meantime if anyone can help with locations and dates etc that would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Steamhawk yes I liked your pics especially of 1369 she's a fine engine and I havn't seen that many pics of her unfortunately as most people seemed more interested in the stars of the show.

Anyway have a look at my pics if you like my site has also been added to the Nat Pres Community
    http://www.kelvinsgallery.fotopic.net

Yes I was quite lucky that I managed to get there for six days over both weekends so got loads of pics, only trouble is I've nearly filled up my site now.

    anyway enjoy

    Hello to all, [smilie=hi ya!.gif]
I have just added a twelve photo collection of the "New Construction" Peppercorn development Pacific Class A1 4-6-0 60163 TORNADO as she hauled the "Severn Coast Express" made up of ten coaches, plus her support coach and a Type 67 diesel 67002 on the rear, into Bishops Lydeard on the West Somerset Railway, on the early evening of Saturday 30th.May.2009. Here she stopped off to take on water before continuing on to Minehead and to start her two week "Guest" apperance on the WSR.

The sound of TORNADO as she pulled the train away from Bishops Lydeard, I can only describe as "awesome".
WSR are really onto a crowd pulling apperance of this locomotive, and good luck to them.:smt023 I shall be revisiting during the next two weeks, thats for sure.

So please visit my site and hopefully enjoy. :smt038 Link here http://preservedrailwaylocomotivephotos ... topic.net/

    Best regards SteamHawk216.

PS While I was at Bishops Lydeard I was chatting to a chap, I think he was the tall, grey bearded gent in the video, who advised me to use this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBBK2hjcPuA to You Tube for a amusing bit of steam locomotives enthusiasts experience in "trying" to get a good look at this piece of history the A1 60163 TORNADO. If you haven't viewed this link, it is worth it to see others mis-fortune. LOL. [smilie=to funny.gif] Bye for now. :smt006
