    hello
    i paid another visit to the gcr on sunday as the manor and tank were in operation to gether with 78019
    i was concerned to see that there was an emergancey 10mph speed restriction on both lines over switherland viaduct with no stopping allowed (diner)
    does anyone know what the problem is !!
