    Bitern seemed perfectly health when climbing out of Castle Cary last night. Hot water can certainly cause a problem and as a result we do not top up the tanks on the FR engine in the evening, unless we have actually run out of enough to fill the boiler. (Very rare) Even after this, during the summer weather Linda and Blanche regularly have their saddletanks further emptied in the mornings prior to adding cold water to safe garde against just this problem. I find it slightly bafalling, therefore, that the A4 should be sheded with a full tank, even though she has a separate tender. Speaking of tenders, what happened to her 2nd tender that so upset people last year, even more the the mis-matched support coach.....which offends me more.
